Disney Pinnacle early access opened on December 19, 2023. Users can request early access by joining the waitlist on the Disney Pinnacle site.
Early Access allows users to purchase and collect pins, including a starter pack and a number of open-edition pins. Starter Pack pins are locked until November 2024 from trading or sale.
Buying pins on Disney Pinnacle
There are expected to be new digital pins each week. In the Shop, collectors are able to purchase a selection of pins from Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios and Star Wars.

There are also Mystery Capsules, each revealing one digital pin, and include a random assortment of pins and differing odds to pull.
Users can buy pins directly at varying prices based on how common they are. Common pins are typically $6.95 and move up in rarity and cost to $23.95.
Users can buy Mystery Capsules for $6.95 which include a random pin with a random rarity level.

Collectors are not able to purchase multiples of Starter Edition pins. The Starter Edition pins are unable to be resold, transferred, or traded while they are available for sale in the Shop.

Open Edition: These digital pins are scheduled to be released each week and will be available for 3 weeks unless otherwise specified. The digital pins will not display serial numbers and will be minted on demand during their limited availability window.
Disney Pinnacle may also reissue Open Edition digital pins again at a later time - first printing pins will be denoted with a special badge.
Open Edition releases will have pins accessible through the Revolving Storefront and collectors may also find a rare Open Edition variant for purchase.
Limited Edition: These digital pins are serialized, and minted to a specific hard supply cap. These pins will never be reissued, and are generally available only via a limited supply of Mystery Capsules.
Limited Edition digital pins are not available through the Revolving Store, and are only available through purchase of a Mystery Capsule.
Genesis Edition: These digital pins were the first minted on the project and are minted as 1-of 1's.

Chaser: A Chaser digital pin is more scarce than others in its set. For Open Edition and Limited Edition Mystery Capsules, the odds of revealing the Chaser pin from a Mystery Capsule are lower.
Magic Reveal: Quickly spin a Magic Reveal digital pin to reveal bonus content! Once a Magic Reveal digital pin is Sold Out, only owners and those invited by the owner to view the Magic Reveal will be able to access the bonus content. Digital pins that have a Magic Reveal can be identified by the star next to them.
Limited Supply: Only a limited number of Mystery Capsules will be available while supplies last.
